LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JANE VIAN
In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I, Jane Vian, of Monroe Township County of Knox and State of Ohio, do make and publish this, my last
Will and Testament.
It is my will that all personal property and effects of every kind be sold except my wearing apparel and bedclothes.
It is my will that my wearing apparel and bedclothes be divided among my four daughters, now living, share and share alike.
It is my will that William Zimmerman, a boy that we raised, is to have Fifty Dollars out of my estate, the balance of my estate is to be divided
among my sons and daughters now living, share and share alike, that I may have at my death.
I do appoint Allison Adams my executor of my estate.
In witness hereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of September, 1881
