LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ADALINE WEAVER

In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All, Adaline Weaver, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

ITEM 1st. I will and direct that all of my just debts end funeral expenses be paid, and a suitable headstone be provided by my executor to mark my grave.

Item 2nd. I give and bequeath to my grandson, George Weaver, my plain solid-gold ring (heavy)--said ring has inscribed in it the words �From Grandmother".

ITEM 3rd. I give and bequeath to my grandson, Joseph Byers Weaver, my trunk.

ITEM 4th. I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Agnes Weaver, all my clothing and household goods.

ITEM 5th. I give and bequeath to my sons B. F. Weaver and Silas Weaver, all the rest and residue of my property of every kind and description share and share alike equally, and I direct my executor to collect whatever notes and rights of action I may have at my death and pay the same over to them upon the above basis. If at my death I should hold any notes against either or my sons I direct my executor to charge said note and interest against said son in the distribution of my estate and payment to him of his share.

ITEM 6th. I hereby nominate and appoint William M. Koons executor of this will.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day or September, eighteen hundred and ninety-five.
